What these Terms cover

These Terms govern your use of our website, forms (including Jotform submissions), emails, and related content (the “Site”).
Sales and placements of any kitten/cat are governed by a separate Sales Contract you sign electronically. If these Terms ever conflict with the Sales Contract, the Sales Contract controls.

Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing the Site or submitting any form, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational only — not veterinary advice

Site content is general information about our cattery and breed. It is not veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for care decisions.

Forms and submissions (applications, waitlists, alerts)

Submitting a form does not create an obligation on us to approve an application, place a kitten, or make any offer. You agree the information you provide is truthful and accurate. We may contact you by email (and by SMS only if you separately opt in).

Note: All details about approval, deposits/fees, reservation timing, and placement requirements are handled in the application and/or Sales Contract, not here.

Prices, availability & changes (high level)

Prices, availability, timelines, and features are subject to change. Any specific pricing and payment terms apply only as stated in an invoice, offer, or Sales Contract.

Third-party services

We use reputable third parties to run parts of the Site (e.g., Jotform for forms, email/SMS providers, payment apps like Zelle/Venmo notifications). Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We aren’t liable for third-party outages or policies.

Intellectual property

All photos, text, graphics, and media on the Site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, repost, modify, or use our content without prior written consent.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., scraping, spamming, illegal activity, infringing content, attempts to disrupt or bypass security, or using Site content for competing/commercial listings).

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Photos and descriptions are illustrative; availability and timing may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, employees, and agents) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits—your rights may vary.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

Electronic signatures & communications

You agree that electronic signatures/initials and electronic records (including Jotform Sign) are valid and enforceable. You consent to receive communications electronically related to your submissions and any subsequent agreements.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida for any dispute related to the Site or these Terms. Before filing, both parties will attempt good-faith resolution (and mediation if mutually agreed).

Severability; entire agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site. Sales and placements are governed by the Sales Contract you sign.
