Application FAQs
Once you apply and we receive the reservation deposit, the reservation is not complete until your application is approved. Once your application is approved, you will be notified that your kitten is reserved. If your application is denied, your reservation deposit will be refunded.
The reservation deposit secures a specific kitten and is applied toward the purchase price. If you’re on the Priority Waitlist, your $250 is already on file and the additional reservation amount of $750 brings your total deposit to $1,000.
Deposits and fees are non-refundable and applied to the purchase price. In limited situations, a transfer may be considered at the breeder’s discretion.
Kittens go home at 12 weeks of age. On rare occasions, we may delay go-home if it’s in the kitten’s best interest.
You can pick up locally (Winter Garden, Fl.), meet us curbside at Orlando International Airport (MCO), or arrange a flight nanny to take the kitten to your local airport. We’ll help coordinate timing, but transport costs are always the buyer’s responsibility.
Yes. Our kittens are placed as pets only and are not sold with breeding rights. Our contract requires that the kitten be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age, which is also when the owner will receive a full TICA pedigree for their kitten.
Kittens receive a routine deworming protocol, 2 FVRCP vaccines, and a health certificate before going home. Kittens going home beyond 12 weeks may have received additional FVRCP & Rabies vaccines.
We maintain high health standards for our breeding cats and take a proactive, layered approach to wellness. Our program includes regular HCM monitoring, along with screening such as FeLV/FIV testing and blood typing, and we also run genetic panels on many of our adults. We stay consistent with routine veterinary care—including wellness exams, bloodwork panels, and fecal testing (stool tests) as needed—and we quarantine any new cat entering our program to protect the health of our existing cats and kittens.
Our cats are TICA registered, but kittens do not go home with pedigree paperwork. Since kittens are pet-only, TICA pedigree paperwork is released after proof of spay/neuter is provided.
You’ll receive your kitten’s vaccination records and a vet health certificate. Your kitten will also go home with a TSA-approved pet carrier, a small bag of food to help with the diet transition, a blanket that smells like mom and littermates, and a favorite toy.
